How to enter: Submissions are open from now until Friday 24 October 2025. Any LIP member may submit their work.
a) Complete the ENTRY FORM by midnight, Friday 24 October 2025.
b) Ensure you have uploaded digital copies of your images during the entry process.
c) An entry fee of £25 is payable per LIP member submitting work for consideration.
The fee entitles the photographer to submit up to 6 images.
Each member submitting will have a guaranteed image represented in the exhibition and in the publication. (This is subject to minimum technical quality and to the image not being deemed offensive)

Payment is accepted online at the time of entry or by bank transfer to London Independent Photography Account No 22435604 Sort Code 23-05-80 (please give your membership number as reference) or by cheque payable to London Independent Photography (please post to arrive no later than 24 October to LIP Treasurer, Oak Lodge, Watts Lane, Chislehurst BR7 5PJ).
Results Announced Members with work selected for hanging will be informed by email on or before Sunday 30 November 2025. A maximum of 3 works per entrant will be hung. Entrants with no work selected for hanging will be advised of the image selected by the Exhibition Organiser for inclusion in the catalogue, and in a group display by the same date.
Delivery of Prints ONLY for Members with works selected for hanging: You must deliver your mounted/framed prints ready for hanging direct to Espacio Gallery on Tuesday 3 February 2026 between 19.00 and 20.00 or on Weds 4 February 2026 between 9.00 and 11.00. If you cannot make these times, please liaise with the exhibition organizer exhibitions@londonphotography.org.uk to arrange an alternative.
Payment of hanging fees (£15 per work) is due no later than Sunday 25 January 2026. The preferred method of payment is online via a link to be sent to all members who are selected for the exhibition or by bank transfer to London Independent Photography Account No 22435604 Sort Code 23-05-80 [or by cash or cheque payable to London Independent Photography to LIP Treasurer, Oak Lodge, Watts Lane, Chislehurst BR7 5PJ.]
Collect Prints You must collect your prints at the close of the exhibition on Tuesday 10th February, between 17.00 and 19.00.
